Lodge Inn And Suites - Niagara Falls

The room had a high ceiling and was super clean. The water pressure was great, and the towels were dazzling white. The staff was always smiling and helpful. I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay by 3 days 😊

Every staff member was very-very nice and affable. I had a double room and it was neat with bugs etc.

The location!

The toilet seat was broke, the coffee machine was broke, you had to hold the coffee holder in order to brew coffee. There was false advertisement for a breakfast.

The bed provided decent comfort for a quick stay. Plus, the location offered easy access to surrounding areas.

The room had stains on the sheets and looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. Noise levels were disruptive. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. The sink suffered from low water pressure, and the bathroom ceiling had a hole in it. The window in the room was boarded up with an OSB plate, which didn't provide a reassuring feeling of safety.

The on-site Indian restaurant had amazing paneer butter masala. The parking situation was chaotic .

greatly enjoyed the place, especially my a double room. the bathroom was clean and it had a shower, a bidet and bath sheets for my convenience. the hotel had a central location and it was not too far from a modern theatre.

I really enjoyed the room with 2 queen size very comfortable beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was nice to find a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The location was marvellous and stunning - ease of access to 175-Foot Tall Ferris Wheel.

The location was fantastic, close to all attractions, and the room was spacious and clean. The excellent customer service made our stay nice.

i was happy with the price of the room for one night was awesome :) and perfect location not far from anythign :)

lack of maintenance on the room they need more lighting and better showers and fix small things that are broken.

The staff was great,the room was clean and comfortable.

We didn't like that they charge extra for parking,so we left the car at the casino free.

Room lighting needs improvement!!! Unstable locks on doors are quite concerning!!! Bathroom fixtures lacked adequate water pressure!!! Additional cleaning is clearly required, especially in common areas!!! Noise levels from outside and nearby guests were disruptive!!!

I was looking for a hotel for an evening for my husbands birthday, I called and made sure It was a hotel and not a motel and that it had all the amenities I wanted. I got a great deal, 55$. I showed up and didn't even want to step out of my vehicle, it was nowhere near what I was told. I would even want to recommend this to a homeless person. It was scary, once I got out I went to reception office which was closed and told me to go to the motel next to it. I went there to cancel and they couldn't help me. On my way back I was approached by a couple men, being 9 months pregnant I was terrified. This motel was sleezie and did not resemble anything from there website.

Everything. I felt like a hooker showing up there. Not a family place

Cold, damp, recording played over and over from across the street! Parking was extra that I was not told!

Noisy at night, excellent cleanliness, comfortable temperature, great water pressure.

How close it was to the main attractions. We were able to use the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi next door. The parking at the hotel was a nice touch. I was within walking distant to restaurants.

The rooms were old with no frige. The pool and ice machine were located in another hotel run by the same owner.
